We provide engineered lashing systems, including Texlash straps and steel strapping (USLM), along with compatible buckles, hooks, application tools, and innovative Wirelock resin compounds. Our solutions are designed for industrial cargo securing, backed by training programs to ensure correct and effective use.
Texlash Strap Lashing System
High-performance synthetic strap lashing system available in multiple widths and breaking strengths, fully customizable.
Straps: Available in standard sizes of 32mm (BS 2300 daN), 40mm (BS 5000 daN), and 50mm (BS 7500 daN) . Other sizes and custom markings (producer name, code, breaking strength, customer name) available on request.
Buckles & Hooks: Range includes wire buckles, forged buckles (32mm, 40mm), welded buckles, and buckle hooks. Custom markings available on request.
Application Tools: Pneumatic and manual tensioners designed for Texlash straps from 30mm to 50mm width.
Steel Strap Lashing System
Heavy-duty steel strapping for demanding lashing applications, complete with seals and tensioning tools.
- Steel Strap: Available in standard size USLM 32x1.12mm (1-1/4"x0.044", "MAKED SS") and USLM 32x1.27mm (1-1/4"x0.050", "MARKED SSS").
- Seals & Tools: Compatible USLM 117HDG-OF seals. Pneumatic tensioners and sealers are also available.
- Training: We offer specialized training programs on cargo securing using both USLM and Texlash Signode systems.
Wirelock Resin Compound
Innovative resin solution for securing and protecting threaded connections and components.
Resin Kits: Available in 250cc, 500cc, and 1000cc kit sizes. Other sizes available on request.
Application: Designed for locking, sealing, and protecting bolts, nuts, and fittings against vibration and corrosion.
